I'm typing these in retrospect, which is not an easy feat at all, having to dig up and check for the dividends which I have received that is. One thing I'd like to point out is that first reit is by far my favourite and most consistent dividend payer. I especially like the fact that they pay out their dividends quarterly. Previously there was quite a bit of hoo-ha on how Lippo planned to de-list and re-list First Reit and Lippo Malls Reit in the indonesian stock exchange, which was when I took the opportunity to purchase most of my holdings in FIrst Reit. Even though the uncertainty is still present, somehow investors are now brushing it aside, bringing it share prices up back to its prior levels, before the REIT prices were hit slightly by rising interest rates. For now I am very comfortable with this stock, and will more likely than not be holding them, and perhaps acquiring more when I have the funds, and then holdings them all for the long-term.

My second favourite at the moment would be capitaland mall trust, due to it's clear earnings visibility. Retail environment remains competitive as I've blogged about, however I believe that due to the strategic locations of their malls (mainly near to major train stations), it is a safe one to hold for a long time as well. Certainly a stock I don't have to monitor daily.

As for Religare HT, the dividend payouts have been high thus far, but weirdly, I am a little uncomfortable with its levels, occupancy is not very high, so there is room for growth, but my concern is with the current levels of occupancy and earnings per share, are the dividends sustainable? Well, the market seems to think so. But since I do not hold much of these shares, I will just be putting them aside and collecting dividends for now, and monitor them once in awhile.

I will be updating my dividends payout list every month from now on! So stay tuned :).

(A special dividend was given by RHT in October 2016, this is NOT their usual dividend; this is kinda obvious as i only hold 1500 shares in this company!)
